This design uses 40.6cm (16”) deep All Purpose shelving with SuperSlide hang bars and our Fixed Mount system.

Left hand side wall (1495mm wide 2267mm high).

• Across this wall there are two 104cm (41”) wide shelves which will butt up to the shelving on the back wall.
• Each shelf has a 90cm (36”) wide hang bar attached for storing short garments.
• These hang bars join up to corner bars which will allow you to move & store garments around the corner without interruption.
• When creating two tier hanging sections we recommend placing the top tier shelf 213cm (84”) from the floor and the lower at 106cm (42”). The hang bars sit 10cm (4”) below the shelves creating a 96cm (38”) long hanging drop.
• Note that the garments will slightly over hang the door way. Garments typically protrude between 51cm (20”) and 56cm (22”) from the wall. Therefore you will find that the garments will overhang the doorway by about 5cm (2”) – 10cm (4”).  If this is a problem, then do let me know as we can reconfigure the design so that nothing overhangs the door.

Back wall (2703mm wide 2267mm high).

• The two tier hanging section continues on from the corner bar.
• This time, we have used the rest of wall for two tier hanging space.
• The top level of hanging space then continues around the corner onto the adjacent wall using the SuperSlide corner hanger bars.
•  The lower level of hanging space meets the right hand side wall to make the most of the space available.

Right hand side wall (1508mm wide 2267mm high).

• On this wall there is a 106cm (42”) wide top shelf which will butt up to the shelf on the back wall.
• Attached to the shelf is a 93cm (37”) wide hang bar for storing long garments. This hang bar will continue on from the above mentioned corner bar.
• Note that the garments will slightly over hang the door way. Garments typically protrude between 51cm (20”) and 56cm (22”) from the wall. Therefore you will find that the garments will overhang the doorway by about 5cm (2”) – 10cm (4”).  If this is a problem, then do let me know as we can reconfigure the design so that nothing overhangs the door.
• Below the hanging space there are two 96cm (38”) wide shoe shelves which will each hold between 4 & 5 pairs of shoes.
  Note that shoe shelves use 30.5cm (12”) deep shelving.

It is important to point out that our ClosetMaid shelving must be fixed to walls that are flat across their face, perpendicular to the floor and in good condition.

Please note that as this design is carried out using customer supplied data all lengths of shelving & hang bar will be supplied slightly oversized to accommodate variances in wall dimensions and mis-measures and will require trimming to final size on site by the customer. This can easily be done using a set of boltcutters or a hacksaw, end caps are provided to cover the ends.
