I only brought these these because I was a few quid short of the amount to qualify for free delivery, so my thinking was, (a) they look useful and (b) I'd be getting at least one for free. I was pleased I decided to get them as they fit all the different types of closetmaid shelving I have installed at home, you can hang them seperately, or hang off of each other, to make a column. Not made for very heavy items but useful to be able to expand the shelf storage space. It would be nice if the bottom was close mesh, so that smaller items could be stored without slipping through the wires, but this is easily resolved with an appropriately sized piece of plastic, wood or metal being placed in the tray ( it just doesn't look so good as a purpose made item would.)
